Shawn Mack: Athletic Expertise That Delivers Results

Shawn’s journey combines high-level athletic performance with decades of professional desk work. He has competed as a top-level bodybuilder, CrossFit athlete, and strongman, earning multiple state titles and national qualifications. Shawn also owned and operated a CrossFit affiliate, coaching everything from Olympic lifting to mobility and strength development.

After 25 years sitting behind a desk in financial services, Shawn intimately understands the movement challenges that come from prolonged sitting. This perspective informs his approach, helping clients of all backgrounds—athletes, desk workers, and weekend warriors—restore movement, improve posture, and stay active.

Certified in Strength & Conditioning and Movement & Mobility, Shawn integrates science-backed techniques with hands-on care for optimal results in every session.
