Policies & Booking Guidelines
It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular massage clients of Montana Movement & Massage. Unforeseen events occur requiring cancellation of your appointment. Since the massage therapists work by appointment, they do not receive compensation for appointments that are missed. In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE:
New clients arrive 10–15 minutes early; established clients 5 minutes. Late arrival may shorten your session.
LATE ARRIVAL:
Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original fee will be charged.

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
Please provide 24-hour notice for reschedules or cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows are responsible for full payment.

PRIVACY:
Records are confidential and only shared with your written consent or as required by law.
CONDUCT:
Clients must maintain hygiene and avoid alcohol/drugs. Inappropriate behavior will result in session termination with full payment due.

MINOR CLIENT:
Montana Movement & Massage provides treatment for clients under the age of 18. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the full duration of any session involving a minor.
